Julius holds a Master of Laws(LLM) degree in, Democratic Governance and the Rule of Law from Ohio Northern University, Ada, OH, a Master of Laws(LLM), Comparative Law, from McGill University, Montreal, Canada, a Diploma in French Language, CAVILAM, Vichy, France, and a Bachelor of Laws(LLB) degree from the National University of Rwanda, Rwanda. Julius is currently a Doctoral candidate in Business Administration, Specialization: International Business.
Before joining Ethos Attorneys and Consultants as Legal and Business Consultant, Julius served variously as Education & Business Consultant for École Supérieure Libre des Sciences Commerciales Appliquées(ESLSCA) International Business School (Uganda), Assistant Director of Education, Medtech College, Greenwood, INDIANA, USA; lecturer, researcher in the field of conflict management and human rights for the Faculty of Law, National University of Rwanda
